Effective July 8, 2009, the Finance, Utilities, Public Works and Public Affairs & Safety Committees merged to form a "Committee of the Whole". The Committee consists of all aldermen holding office. The Committee of the Whole will meet on the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays of the month at 5:30 p.m. in the City Council Chambers in order to review all ordinances and resolutions.
The Chairman and Vice Chairman of the Committee of the Whole shall rotate each month. Beginning July 14, 2009, the Ward 1 Alderman shall serve as Chairman and Ward 2 Alderman as Vice Chairman.
