Audio recordings of the Public Affairs & Safety Committee meetings are available in an MP3 format.   Individual meeting agendas and audio recordings for 2009 are listed below. The Pre-Committee Hearing begins at approximately 5:00  p.m. at which time Ordinances and Resolutions on Emergency Passage and Ordinances and Resolutions on First Reading are read into the record and assigned to their respective committees by the City Clerk.
